We hope you love your purchase and understand that if you are not happy with your purchase or sizing is incorrect we are happy to offer our customers refunds provided the below return requirements are met.
The Return Requirements are:
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, unperfumed and in the same condition you received it
- Merchandise must have all tags
- Any products marked 'Sale' cannot be returned
- Earrings cannot be returned
- All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact The Loud Edge via firstname.lastname@example.org to receive our shipping address and Returns Form which must be printed off and included in the package.
Please note the following:
- If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return
- The Loud Edge is not responsible for the costs of shipping for returned items
- The Loud Edge is not responsible for any items lost via Australia Post
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund (provided the above return requirements are met).
Once approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
